"Investigation may be likened to the long months of pregnancy,
and solving a problem to the day of birth.
To investigate a problem is, indeed, to solve it."
As a therapist, I worked with teen pregnancy in the 90's when the numbers of teen pregnancy were elevated.
At that time, I helped young teens to achieve mental wellness and strength while working through this challenging period in their lives. Psychotherapy helps strengthen the soul and empower the mind of young girls to overcome any difficulty.
It is very important, through psychotherapy and neutral discussions, that we develop an understanding of the adolescent's feelings and investigate what she can do concerning her condition, working through the choices, supporting her in the choice-making process, and referring her to appropriate services.
